ROSENHOF RESIDENCES

Construction of an apartments development at Maria Wörth am Wörthersee. With a living space of 1830 m² and a terrace/balcony area of 1700 m², 19 spacious apartments distributed among 3 villas were built. Several underground car park spaces were constructed for every apartment. The development offers a lounge area and a pool for general use. There is direct access from the pool via a bridge and a glass panoramic lift to the associated lakeside property. On the bathing beach, the marina that is part of the property and a building for the bathing cubicles were built. The bathing cubicles themselves have balconies/terraces. The entire external development has been integrated into the near-natural environment with many plants, exposed concrete building structures and all-glass railings. Slightly separate from the development, another own boathouse with a direct view of Velden was built.
